Are Word and Deed Equal Partners in the Missionary Task of the Church?
There is a lot of talk today about a supposed close correspondence between Jesus’ earthly mission and our contemporary missionary task. In other words, some missiologists contend that Jesus’ equally balanced word and deed mission should serve as the model for the missionary activity of the modern church. In this workshop we’ll examine this claim to determine if it is biblically accurate.
