Where’s Your Haystack?
August 4, 2009 – 10:14 amI viewed the SVM2 video “Where’s Your Haystack?” yesterday during my lunch break.
The height of the original Student Volunteer Movement was from the 1880s - 1920s, but its roots trace back to a small band of college guys praying at a haystack near Williams College, Williamstown, MA in 1808.
This brief video explains the significance of the Haystack Prayer Meeting in the formation of the SVM and the awareness of the need of the gospel around the world.
